Seabo Seafood began on the deck of the original Fishing Vessel Seabo, where Ryan and Jessica Sebo — two San Diego natives raised on the water — turned a lifelong passion for fishing into a small, hardworking commercial operation. Those early years on Seabo were spent learning the rhythms of the ocean, building trust with local customers, and proving that fresh‑caught, local, and sustainable seafood could be delivered directly from the source. As demand grew, the business evolved, leading to the transition from Seabo to the much larger Fishing Vessel Chaser. Today, Chaser is captained by Ryan, who leads every trip with experience and respect for the water, while Jessica runs all shore operations that keep the business moving. Together, the mission remains the same: to provide premium, responsibly harvested seafood to anyone who wants it.
